The Mission
Partners in Housing is dedicated to guiding families experiencing housing crises toward stability, self-reliance, and prosperity.
The organization currently operates 68 transitional housing units, ranging from efficiency apartments at the Colorado House and Resource Center to scattered-site single-family homes, in addition to Affordable Housing. Partners in Housing also co-owns 119 units of affordable housing with Greccio Housing and Rocky Mountain Community Land Trust. Notably, it is the largest and longest-running family homeless program in the Pikes Peak Region.
In 2007, The Myron Stratton Home selected Partners in Housing as one of three human service agencies to join the Myron Stratton Consortium. Collaborating with TESSA, Peak Vista, and The Myron Stratton Home, the organization provides a supportive community for individuals in need.
All applicants for the Partners in Housing program are considered equally, regardless of sex, race, color, national or ethnic origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, physical ability, military or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected
by federal, state, or local law.
